This is a well above average 1868 Seated Dollar. 1868 Dollars are not frequently found this nice in my experience - I bought this coin immediately when offered to me at the recent Whitman Baltimore show. Both sides are toned in medium gray with just a hint of gold. The surfaces retain lustre and are relatively mark free for the grade.
