This coin was in a European Collection and stored in a 2X2 envelope since the 1960s and was only recently graded by PCGS for the first time. The PCGS grade is conservative. It is struck from clashed dies on both sides. Crusty original gray toning covers both sides of this coin with lighter highpoints on the obverse. And even better, this one is an R-5. In A PCGS XF40 CAC example sold for $1763 in December 2015 and in January 2017 a PCGS VF25 CAC example realized $1,491.00. This coin has not been sent to CAC.
